In 2020, there will be a lot of new trends. I believe AI will be the main topic for the coming five years. More people will realise the value of having algorithms as a great took to solve problems in various aspects like health, finance, government and of course day-to-day payments. India, today, with Aadhar has managed to connect 1.2 billion people. I think that is an accomplishment in itself. It allows many banks to cover more ground, more customers using technology.

I am very happy to be here for PAYNNOVATE 2019 in Cebu. It has been a great event, one of the few events, where you actually get to meet real practitioners in the payments & banking space who are trying to deal with the cutting-edge issues. One of the key issues of this year is the proliferation of QR code as a payment mechanism. This is going to continue through 2020 as well. Definitely, the one thing to watch out for will be an increasing use of wallets across multiple countries.

An excellent event, great speakers, very interesting topics discussed and covered. The trend that I see in the next year and even in the next couple months is blockchain payments; that is going to redefine the industry. Another trend I see is frictionless payments, it will continue evolving. Overall, the whole event has been excellent and I will definitely come back next year. Thank you very much to Ricardos, Ravi, AGS, Novus and the entire team, it was a very well put together event.

Paynnovate 2019 has been a very enriching experience as it was the amalgamation of ideas of various thought leaders in the industry. In the future, analytics and algorithms would play a great role. I think AI as a technology will become more prominent and important as the large ecosystem starts embracing it.

PAYNNOVATE 2019 has been an excellent experience. Many people from the domain as well as the technology experts were able to interact. The payment industry is moving towards QR-based payments and tap-and-go payments. This will enhance the customer experience and will be the demand in most of the world markets. The payment infrastructure has to be interoperable and not closed-loop system.customer.

This has been a tremendous day. I have spent three decades in banking and after a while you start to believe that you come to another conference or gathering and you have been there, seen it all. But the way, Ricardos and Ravi have put Paynnovate together has been simply amazing. The depth of conversations, width of topics been covered and the variety of speakers covering the whole spectrum of both payments & innovation has been gripping, thought-provoking and has certainly captured our interest. Kudos and congratulations to the entire team!

I really enjoyed this gathering of thought leaders from APAC at PAYNNOVATE 2019. We had interesting discussions with industry experts from various including banking, retail and payments. The presentations from our friends coming from Indonesia and Philippines helped us gain an insight of the payment ecosystem in their respective countries. I personally found Tim's presentation on design quite insightful. It provided a unique perspective to the human aspect of design in business. Overall, Paynnovate was a great opportunity to discuss trends in the industry.

I would like to commend Ricardos and AGS for this successful conference. It was designed in a very interesting format and we had great discussions since morning. One of the major trends that I see for the coming years is increase in security in the payment sector. The world will get into more diverse payment methods and witness a total increase in volume of payment security.

Today's session was brilliant with a lot of learning from what people have done. It was really exciting. Experience is the future as it is all about convenience. Technology will definitely stay. But, everyone is looking for a shift from technology to experience in the future. I learnt a lot from the keynotes as it was entirely based on practical scenarios.
